Flo’s Pastina

Ingredients
1/2 cup pastina
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter
Instructions
In a small saucepan, boil 1 cup water with 1 tsp salt. When boiling, add pastina. Turn heat down to medium when pasta thickens, about 10 minutes. Careful not to let boil over.
Drain and stir in 1 tbsp butter. Cheese optional
