Flo’s Pastina

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pastina

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, boil 1 cup water with 1 tsp salt. When boiling, add pastina. Turn heat down to medium when pasta thickens, about 10 minutes. Careful not to let boil over.

  2. Drain and stir in 1 tbsp butter. Cheese optional
