Flo’s Pepperoni Bread

Ingredients
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1/4 lb sliced pepperoni
Olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425
Gently stretch dough on flat surface until it's about 8-10 inches. Lay the pepperoni slices evenly over the dough. Carefully roll up the dough and pinch the long rolled edge together.
Spread a little olive oil on a cookie sheet with pinched edge down. Use a knife or kitchen scissors to make slices on the top of roll for steam to escape. Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt.
Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
Notes:
Add mozz or parmesan cheese before baking.
