Ingredients

  • 1 loaf frozen dough, thawed.
  • 1/4 cup evvoo. (good quality)
  • Kosher salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Make sure dough is at room temp.
  2. Apply olive oil to a 9" round pan with a paper towel. Stretch dough onto pan and let rest for 1 hour, covered by a clean kitchen towel. After dough has rested, preheat oven to 425 degrees. Use your fingertips to make indentations in the top of the dough. Drizzle oil generously over the dough. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool before serving.

Notes:

Add rosemary, garlic, olives or other toppings after dough has baked for about 12 minutes. Drizzle with more oil and return to oven.
