Bloody Mary Mix

Ingredients
Mix
- 3 12oz cans of low sodium V8 and/or tomato juice (or a combination of both)
- 1/2 cup of prepared horseradish or 1/4 cup of fresh horseradish
- 1 tablespoon of Sambal chili paste
- 2 tablespoons of Worchestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons pickle juice
- 1 teaspoon tabasco
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Juice of 1 lime
Garnish
- Celery
- Lime or Lemon
- Gherkin pickle
- Green Olives
Instructions
- Whisk together all the bloody Mary mix ingredients, transfer to a bottle or a jar with a lid and shake well just before using.
- Fill tall glasses with ice; measure out desired spirit, pour the bloody Mary mix on top, and garnish.
