Bloody Mary Mix

Inspired by the Fire recipe

Ingredients

Mix:

3 12oz cans of low sodium V8 and/or tomato juice (or a combination of both)

1/2 cup of prepared horseradish or 1/4 cup of fresh horseradish

1 tablespoon of Sambal chili paste

2 tablespoons of Worchestershire sauce

2 tablespoons pickle juice

1 teaspoon tabasco

Juice of 2 lemons

Juice of 1 lime

Garnish:

Celery

Lime or Lemon

Gherkin pickle

Green Olives

Instructions

Whisk together all the bloody Mary mix ingredients, transfer to a bottle or a jar with a lid and shake well just before using.

Fill tall glasses with ice; measure out desired spirit, pour the bloody Mary mix on top, and garnish.
